David, Have you ever noticed how smooth the light is when shooting higher iso's! there is a point where sensor noise will make the endeavor not so worthwhile. However with the newer dslr's where 800iso has less noise than rebel at 10iso is the norm it really makes sense to shoot 400iso for the added sensitivity and what appears to be a little better dynamic range. I honestly think that i Have a about a stop more of low light detail at 400iso than i would at 100 and this image plays nice with my theory. Nice shot
