This is on the Hume Hwy going south just past the Canberra turnoff.... there is a grove of tree and a rest area. The loggers have left a hillside of trees in a bare plain. The potential for a great shot is here if you arrive in dramatic weather conditions... this is my fifth time past and the storm had travelled over but a two photo stitch gives me the scene I need. This is an indication of the direction I would prefer my photography to go in.....

Great shot. Im pretty sure everyone who cares for the enviroment has seen this landscape in there nightmares. And everyone who doesn't care might just get to see this in the not to distant future. maybe.
